Important: We Do NOT offer refunds on Digital Products/Services once activated and delivered.

General Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on digital products and services once they have been activated and delivered. This is why we strongly encourage you to request a trial before making a purchase decision. Trials allow you to test our service and ensure it meets your needs before committing to a subscription.

Special Circumstances

If you consider your situation to be a special circumstance, please fill out a refund request form and we shall consider your individual request on a case-by-case basis. In the event that we do issue a refund, your access to the Service(s) will be immediately revoked.

Refund Timeline

Purchases Made Within 7 Days

We will refund completely only purchases which have been made in less than 7 days from the refund request date.

Purchases Made More Than 7 Days Ago

All other refund requests (if the purchase was made more than 7 days before the refund request) will be returned partially according to the used period of the subscription. The refund amount will be calculated based on the remaining unused portion of your subscription.

Non-Refundable Situations

Please Note: The following situations are NOT eligible for refunds:

  • Trial accounts
  • Accounts which have been used for more than half of the account's duration

Refund Processing Time

Refunds usually take 5-7 working days to be processed and appear in your account. Please note that this processing time is not in our control to reduce as our payment processors handle all refund requests. We will process your refund request immediately after receiving it and verifying your account information.
